Locust Avenue had an existing home on a wonderful property.  The owner had a dream for a new home and with a Asian/American Craftsman style.

We worked with the owner to develop the look.  All the doors, windows and trim are solid Honduran Mahogany and built by a small shop in Colorado.  The Honduran Mahogany was purchased from Gibson Guitar.  The floors were custom milled from Quarter Sawn Sycamore.  The library and kitchen cabinetry are a reproduction of architects Green and Gree.  The Decks and swimming pool coping are Conneticute Blue Stone.  We sourced the stone and flew to visit the quarry to see the material.  We ordered over 2,000 square feet and trucked the material to the project.  This was an amazing savings to the owner.
