Shady Lane is a new home with a very traditional style.  We designed the doors which were made by a Canadian company.  The trim profiles were drawn by MJH Construction Management and milled custom by a mill in Northern California.  The exterior Chingles were also sourced and purchased from Canada.  The decking stones are 24" x 24" Quartzite from India.  We sourced the material to a quarry in India and had them cut our custom order which we then imported at an amazing savings to the owner.
